BHS Crew Bus Transportation Program
School Year 2002 - 2003

Bus transportation to Turkey Lake Park will start on September 10.

Bus Schedule

Women: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in the fall with a break from mid-November to January and Monday through Friday in the spring.

Men: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the fall with a break from mid-December to January and MOnday through Friday in the spring.

• Program starts on Sep 8 and ends on the last practice before nationals in May.
• Pick up at Boone Bus Loading Zone 2:45pm
• Return to Boone Bus Loading Zone 6:15pm

Program Cost

• Each rower will pay $80.00 for the Fall season and $80 for the Spring season.

Program Payment

• Make checks payable to S.O.R.A. indicating rower’s name and month/months to which the payment applies.
• Checks for the bus must be made separate form other payments to S.O.R.A.
• Payment options

1. Mail checks to S.O.R.A., P.O. Box 568782, Orlando, FL 32856-8782
2. For late payments or emergencies, deliver to Bev Middleton in Rm 200, Bldg 200 at Boone High School.
3. We ask that the checks not be turned into bus drivers or the coaches at practice.

• No rower will be turned away if the cost presents a problem. Please contact Mary Reynolds at HiTeacher@aol.com.

Parent’s participation in supervision of program will be appreciated.

• The safety of the rowers is our primary concern.
• A designated parent will do supervision of students after the bus trip until all students are picked up. We ask that the rowers stay in the drop off area until his or her ride comes so we can make sure everyone has a ride.
• If you can help with this, please contact Mary Reynolds at email HiTeacher@aol.com. The bus driver will do supervision of students during the bus trip.
